On 1st August 2025, Goa took a major stride in digital governance with the launch of :
- 👉🏼 ‘Niyamit Goa’ – AI-based Facial Recognition Attendance System for Panchayat staff.
- 👉🏼 Online Panchayat Service – Phase 1 – enabling citizens to digitally apply for key Panchayat services.
The initiatives were inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, in the presence of Hon’ble Panchayat Minister Shri Mauvin Godinho, Hon’ble IT Minister Shri Rohan Khaunte, and other dignitaries.
