The Film Shooting Permission Services was officially launched on 17th August 2025 during the closing ceremony of the Goa State Film Festival (GSFF) by Dr. Pramod Sawant, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, in the esteemed presence of Smt. Delilah M. Lobo,Vice Chairperson of ESG; Shri. Damu Naik, film personality & Ex-Vice Chairman of ESG, and other dignitaries.
💻 Developed by Goa Electronics Limited (GEL), this single-window online portal will simplify the process for filmmakers to apply for permits & NOCs required for film shootings across Goa.
📅 The service goes live from 1st September 2025 – making filmmaking in Goa smoother, faster, and more transparent!
