Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Goa Electronics Limited, we are committed to delivering quality IT-based services and ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies specifically to online payment transactions made through our platform for availing such services.

  1. Cancellation Policy :
    • Eligibility for Cancellation : Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made promptly after completing the online payment and before the service request has been processed or forwarded for action.
    • Non-Cancellable Scenarios: Once the service has been initiated, such as considered ahead for further processing or has been moved to concerned department for processing, cancellation requests will not be permitted.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Service Not Delivered / Transaction Failure: If payment was made but the service could not be delivered due to a technical or administrative issue on our end, the full amount will be refunded after verification.
    • Incorrect or Incomplete Service: If the service delivered is incomplete, defective, or not in accordance with the description or scope promised at the time of payment, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the service.     • Customer Dissatisfaction: In cases where the customer is not satisfied with the service quality, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to internal evaluation and the terms of service agreement.
  3. Refund Processing:
    • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 8-10 working days
    • Customers will be notified via email or phone once the refund has been initiated.
  4. Other Terms:
    • This policy applies only to transactions made via online payment on Goa Electronics Limited official platforms.
    • Any custom or project-based services will be governed by separate service-level agreements (SLAs) and may have different refund terms.
